Return Policy

If you change your mind about a rug after you receive it, you can make arrangements to return it within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. You must call us for an authorization code prior to returning the rug. No rug will be received by supplier without an authorize code. **Custom rugs, Special order rugs, one of a kind, and any rug purchased as a closeout cannot be returned.**

Backorder Policy

You should receive your rug within 7-10 business days. Some rugs require additional length of time. If there is any delay with your order, you will be contacted by phone or email.

Shipping Policies

Shipping is Free for all rugs and pads in the Continental United States by UPS or FedEx Ground. For overseas shipments, you must contact us for a quote on shipping costs.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your rug initially arrives damaged or dirty, contact us immediately. We will make arrangements for its pickup and replacement.
